Gravy Separator. A new one.

Just gone through two Prestige plastic ones……they always crack. (What’s the craic…..coat on 😀) In saying hat, they’ve lasted for years.

See a few do bottom draining, any good?

I’d like a glass one but they look a tad fragile. Like to get a sturdier one than the plastic ones…..possibly a more sturdy plastic one.

Like the OXO bottom draining one though.

I used to blitz my gravy with a hand blender. That emulsifies any fat into the gravy without trace. Now though I remove 90% of the fat and then blitz the remainder. Gravy still tastes as good.

Surely all separators are bottom draining? 🤔 Thats how they work.

I have an Oxo one. It's plastic but I have it over 15 years, I'd say. Great bit of kit.
