    Hi All,

Sorry for asking a specific question, but I am trying to put a value on a used car I have. The car is a 2006 Ford Focus 1.4 lx. No NCT or tax at the moment, as it has been essentially off the road for a couple of years. Low mileage, around 50K only and it looks like it when cleaned up. The car is basic no real options but, as I say, it is low mileage. I am guessing a price of around €1K to €1.5K? Would that seem about right, or should I be looking for higher?

There are a few 2006 and 2007 Focuses on carzone with massive miles up for 3K or so.

With no test I'd say maybe 1000 to 1200 imo but depends what shape it's in irrespective of low mileage. If you can put a test on it then it will be worth a bit more. 3k askers are just dreamers.

You’d be lucky to get €1k for it as is. I sold an 07 one for under €2k a while ago with fresh NCT

Get the test and you'll double your value.

What does it need to pass the NCT?
