    Can't see a thread for this, thought there would definitely be one.

    I had always caught the odd episode, but never watched it weekly.

    Started it again on the iplayer, and although it's a good story, I have to say some of the dialogue and acting is very clunky. Especially from Compston and McClure. Far too much spelling it out for the viewers.

    Lennie James on the other hand is excellent.

    But will stick with it as its so well reviewed.
