    Hi

    we are building a granny flat up the garden with a bathroom & kitchen.

    we will be running a 4 inch waste pipe and a 1inch main.

    we are not sure of the best system too put in.maybe a electric boiler/combination cylinder for hot water ?

    one bathroom with toilet/shower/whb and kitchen sink.

    any thoughts

    thanks

    It's not a granny flat if it's a separate building and not connecting to the main house.

    You could put in a small hot water cylinder. Most people would put in an electric shower & an under counter water heater. The heater would be enough for basin & kitchen sink.

    A mini split heat pump would be ideal to heat a small flat, if you are looking for heating suggestions

    @Sleeper12

    it would be totally separate from the house,some might call it a garden shed.

    yes we would like some sort of heating but thinking maybe electric heater/radiator/s
