How do I delete old boards messages?

First time digging around since the switchover as generally a lurker. Noticed in my profile there are messages stored that were sent to Vodafone reps back when they had a presence in the 'Talk To' forum. I cannot figure out how to delete them, can somebody help?

Also probably a dumb question but I'm assuming my email isn't actually visible in my profile to other users? So when I click on my own profile I see the attached image below except my email is visible right there. When another user clicks on my profile they don't see that page with my email visible do they?

What messages are you referring to? PMs or posts on threads?

They were PMs on the old boards site and now appear in the profile messages section clicking on the envelope

If you open the PM exchange in question, there's a leave conversation button. PMs on the Vanilla platform don't work in the same manner as the PMs on the older vbulletin system.

And that deletes the message off your system, or does it just make it no longer visible to me?

It's not deleted in the database as far as I know, but the Talk To account on the other is deactivated, so there's no-one who can see it.
