    Has anyone ordered from them lately? I've placed an order 3 weeks ago, money's gone out of my account but no confirmation of order, or status update, receipt, nothing. I've used to chat function on the website but got no response, sent a couple of e-mails but again got no response, and to top it off the phone just goes straight to voicemail.


    Deilvery was supposed to be within 7-10 days. Are they still in business? How do I cancel my order and get a refund at this stage? (I paid via credit card.)

    You need to contact your credit card issuer and request a charge back.
