Say a mobile home has been on a piece of land for 20years … lived in… connected to services ,no enforcement ever taken against it. Say u wanted to upgrade that same mobile… are u leaving urself open?

A number of mobile homes and replacements refused by planning and ABP - even after periods of 20+ years - but depends on the particular circumstances of each case - location, local planning policy, etc.

Difficult to comment on your individual situation without info - time does not appeared to have offered any protection in cases.

The existing mobile home has the benefit of being there for over 7 years and makes enforcement action more difficult.

A new mobile home would not have that benefit, and would be option to enforcement action.
