I can scarcely believe that these questionnaires are still being used to determine an individual's suitability.
I finished my psychology degree over 20 years ago and, in the course of a postgraduate program, spent six weeks reading Trait & Factor Theory and every available assessment/critique of personality questionnaires.
I can assure you that each and every one of them is unscientific bunkum.
They have absolutely no predictive value and yet employment applications and career progression still fail because of this bullshit.
Money talks and ignorance prevails.
