Electric Gate SIM Card

Why is my Vodafone Electric Gate SIM Card ringing out. It's supposed to make a dropped call sound to activate the gate. However, it rings through to a voicemail. It works some of the time. Can anyone explain what might be the problen and hopefully provide a fix.

Same here, yesterday voicemail, today dropped call, no issue, I find it changes each time its due to be topped up.

In my case not due till October. Anyway, called to my local Vodafone shop today and changed SIM and it's now working fine, thanks for your comments anyway.
