Did you bleed it after installing the new nozzle?

Hi John yes I primed the pump but still not fireing there is fuel coming from the nozzle and the spark only goes for about 3 or 4 seconds then the system locks out

That would indicate that the pc isn't picking up the flame (if any), sequence normally is, fan runs for 12 secs (prepurge) then the ignitor fires up and the oil valve solenoid operates, if the pc doesn't pick up a flame within a further 5 secs then lockout, total time ~ 17secs. Is it the correct replacement pc, check part number.

Heat merchants told me that all the analog photo cells are the same I brought the old one with me? Do you think I should bring it back and get another one

Unlikely to be the fault then, if not at fault then the pump pressure should be checked, should be ~ 3bar once the fan starts and then increase to 8 to 9 bar when the oil valve solenoid operates.

could be a fuel pump as john says pressure needs checking

the 40 series have a damper at the right hand side that open and close it should open before ignition if this is not moving i would suggest fuel pump

also tiger loops are very sensitive to air tightness at all joints it could be a flexi oil line allowing air in

you have so much spent atm i would suggest getting somebody with experience in service and repair who would know how to test and diagnose your problem

also make sure you dont have oil contamination ie water in oil tank cause if you have and pump is changed you will be back to square 1 in a few hours

all good service lads will have water testing paste to dip tank for you

where you based we might have somebody on here from your area
