new build rowleys lock

    Hello we are thinking of buying a new built in the new estate rowleys lock, boyne road , navan.

    My question is about the waterwaste treatment plant nearby that at the moment is temporarily closed

    Any feedback on the area and if there’s odours coming from the river and even water quality!
