Hello just looking for some advice or feedback. I’m looking to change my career, but don’t know where to start. I have been working with dogs and animals for 20 years in vet nursing/ dog grooming. I would like to do something with dogs and Pet assisted therapy has always interested me. I am a mature student so out of touch with all the courses available. I would love to help children and adolescents, something along the lines as play therapy but it would pet assisted. What would I need to be a play therapist? Can people please explain the route I would need take?? Could an counsellors and physiotherapists give an insight into the career ? Thank you
