sony bravia KDL-49WE753 running very slow- how to reset?

    hi all,

    I have a Sony Bravia KDL-49WE753 that is running extremely slowly.

    It takes ages to load up Netflix or you tube-I'm talking 5 mins or so to load from when you press the button on the remote control.

    The soarview picture is working fine and changing channel is responsive- so no issue there.

    It seems anything to do with the internet is very slow- i have an ethernet running straight to the TV from VM modem, so the speed isn't an issue.

    Is there any way of clearing the cache and resetting the TV (preferably without losing the tuned in stations) to make things a bit more responsive?
