Home Screen & Taskbar not Working

    Cleared the cache in Windows 10. Now the home screen and taskbar are not working. When I open an program from the task menu then the task bar works. How do I fix this. Any ideas would be appreciated.

    OK, false alarm. Should have done it straight away - turn it off and on again.
