Hi i just fitted a triton novel silent running shower, but when i turn on the isolating switch the power button in the shower dont light up and i dont think the pump cuts in as the water coming out of shower is very weak, also i fitted a rain head shower but the water only dribbles out of this. The power is going to the showet from the isolating switch as i connected a bulb to the live and neutral and when i pulled the cord the bulb lit up. Please can anyone help

You may find the power light hanging off a bit of cable which should light up when you switch on the power, then clip it in behind the start/stop button and replace the cover.

Dripping: disconnect the hose from the shower outlet and see if it stops "instantly", shouldnt take more than a few seconds IMO.

You may not have a power light indication, I don't see any mention in the manual, my neighbour has the Novel's forerunner, the Triton AS2000 XT and he tell me that it hasn't got a power on light.
