Leaking velux windows on low pitch roof

I have a 15 degree roof extension with 3 velux windows. They have been leaking on and off for the past year. It was built in 2016. I have had a few roofers out to look and each one has given a different opinion. I'm confused as to the best option to fix the problem. Has anyone any ideas?!

Hi, if you're getting inconsistent recommendations then you might need to have a roofer strip-back the existing ceiling from inside initially and expose the area around the leak and then work on from there.

They would need to be looking not just for a leak but also for an indication that the water was perhaps due to condensation build-up in the roof which is then appearing as at a point around the window.
