What mileage, what age, do you do long trips regularly?

What is symptoms or errors on dash etc?

Have you brought it to anyone yet?

I ask these things as high mileage (above 160,000km) it's likely DPF cannot be cleaned and needs to be replaced ideally with genuine manufacturer part.

In other cases there is a fault such as a broken sensor or sensor hose.

Cleaning is only really suitable for non faulty cars with low total mileage that are doing short trips and no long trips.

You need a proper diagnosis and most cleaning services will offer zero guarantees and may not check the root cause nor check sensors or hoses or error codes. Often the fault comes back within a few weeks driving.

You can certainly get a DPF filter cleaned in England, not sure if anyone here can do it.
