On the left is a partition stud wall, it'll be coming out, there's a switch for the light. Is it a big job to remove and put elsewhere? Expense wise what would I be looking at?

I don’t know, but if you go online and look up the number of multiple local electricians you could ask for a quote while sending them a photo of the job, and just go for the best value.

I'd actually say that you should let the builder remove the wall and then get an electrician onside to relocate it, might work out easier that way. Most of those jobs are in and around 200 to 250, roughly.
