Loss of channels on Revez Q12

    Loss of most of channels on this box , tried scan again only getting 75% signal and no quality bar , I'm not too familiar on how to try and fix this , can still get rte and virgin channels but all BBC have gone ,C4 etc any help would be appreciated

    The quality bar here never goes up , is this the connection to the satellite ?

    The transponder settings shown in your screenshot are incorrect. 12012 V has a symbol rate of 27500 - so it's not surprising the quality on that is non-existent. Have you tried doing a Network Scan?

    What transponder are you tuning to? The one shown is incorrect.
