    Simon XT panel. I accidentally set a latchkey time and now I cannot reset it. System prompts for setting latchkey when I press the Away button. Is there an easy way to disable the latchkey option?

    solved : for anyone with this problem, it is not covered in the user or programming manuals.

    when you enter the Timers menu option press the OK key to change time, then hit the disarm button, then OK then disarm again followed by OK. Exit the menus by hitting the Status (i) key.
