Hi all. Recently moved into a house that has a 5metre X 3 metre sun room extension. The roof pitch is just shy of 15 degrees and is currently tiled. It is leaking and needs to be replaced. It was suggested to get 3 layers torch on felt after replacing rafters etc. My question is,will home insurance cover this as it's not a standard building material? Any help much appreciated!
