hello, I would like to know if you have ever encountered a situation where a crematorium/vet lost a dog's ashes. Today I found out that my beloved dog's ashes have been lost. After more than 15 years, I had to put down my beloved dog in May of this year, and today I found out from the vet that his ashes have gone missing. Please tell me if you have ever encountered such a situation and what should I do because at the moment I feel very confused
