Getting title deeds from PTSB

Hi,

my question is how long do you think I’ll have to wait before bank releases them to solicitor ?

here is some background info:

We’re selling the house; it went ‘sale agreed’ in May, Deeds have been requested in May.

Only today (2months later) I’ve been told to pay the fee for ATR ( Accountable Trust Receipt). I paid

but I’m getting worried that if it took them 2 months to ask us to pay the fee, how much time will it take for PTSB to release the deeds…

any advice welcome, thank you

We got ours within 3 weeks of them being requested but our solicitor sent the appropriate fee at the same time as request.
