Can I attend event if ticket is in a different name?

    I bought a ticket on Ticketmaster through my own account but used my partners card.

    Ticket arrived and it's in his name.

    Will this be a problem on the night of the event?

    I've tried contacting Ticketmaster but no answer.

    There's no transfer option available.

    If anyone has advice or what I should do, would be appreciated, if I need to get a new ticket or not. Thanks!
