    Sorry to hear news of the death, after battling serious illness of Cork DJ Colin Edwards (Colin Noone) known across Ireland for his show in recent years on RTE's digital radio station RTE Pulse. He also DJed for a time on 96FM nighttime in the past. Known as a club DJ in Cork and his distinctive voice did voice-overs and ads for number of stations. He also DJed on numerous Cork pirate stations I understand dating back to the mid-1980s - notable was his nighttime show in the mid-2000s on station NRG 106.5FM which became Kiss FM which his show was said attracted a substantial listenership in its demographic. RIP
