Oven not heating properly

    My Beko BE65FS is not heating fully. It will heat but I have to put at max heat to get to 200 degrees. 200 only gives 100. I'm not sure what max is, it only says max

    I think it is the top element. There is one element at the top and, as far as I know, one behind the fan. None underneath to be seen. The top element does not glow, the one behind the fan does.

    Our 'Leisure Victoriana De Luxe' cooker's oven themostat doesn't deliver the proper temperature. We can' t get a gasfitter for a look at it, even the 'Todays Cutomer Line' under the Beko Label doesn't operate anymore!

    A tip for a qualified gasfitter, familiar with the cooker is welcomed by us, for sure!
