    Morning, I'm looking for some advice here, any help would be appreciated.

    I have been renting with my girlfriend since September last where we signed a 1 year lease which I have a copy of. I've been looking to apply for the rent tax credit since January but I have not got an RTB number therefor I can't claim the credit for this. I live in a small plot of houses with 3 other houses all which are listed on the RTB but ours isn't.

    I have asked the landlord repeatedly since January if they can look into this issue because at this point we are due to claim the full amount of credit.

    Has anyone had a similar issue in the past?
