List of tasks for one off contractor build

Curious if there is any organisation/website that provides a full life of the tasks needed to complete for a one off house build when hiring a contractor? I say contractor as I'm not looking to include the specifics of the build (e.g. foundation, first fix etc.) as I'd summarise them into one overarching 'contractor work' task.
Goal is to get a ball-bark figure for all the non-contractor work needed.
The list I've compiled so far is below - have I missed much?
