Upper age limit for J-1 visa

    Anyone know the current age limit for a J1 visa to do a working holiday or an internship in the US? If possible with a link to somewhere official. I didn't find it yet on any official US government pages, and other sites give different answers.

    USEH International specifies a minimum age of 18 for a J1 USA internship.

    My search found an upper age limit for a USA J1 internship to be 38 per USA-esta.net
