How much do probationer guards get paid after attestation ? im aware the starting pay is approx 34k …but how much a week would they be on between night time allowances and stuff and after tax

It depends on what shifts you work, there is an unsocial hours allowance for nights and an allowance on Saturday/Sunday/Bank Holiday. Not sure about after tax but you could add roughly 20% to the basic gross figure.
