Hi there, thanks for getting in touch with us here.

If you're looking to order a statement by post you can certainly do so online. If you log into your BOI Mobile App and select 'Services' , 'Manage Statements' , 'Order a Statement by Post'.

Alternatively you can call our customer service desk on 0818365365 and my colleagues can assist you further.

    Thanks, Eve

    Hi there,

When you go to services and manage statements on the app please ensure to turn paper statements on.

You can then go back to select "order a copy of a statement" and this can be sent out by post.

Alternatively, please contact our colleagues on 0818 365 365 from ROI or +353 1 404 4000 if calling from abroad between 9am to 5pm Mon-Fri,10am-2pm Saturdays and we can help with this.

Our live chat team can also be contacted on Ways to Contact Us - Contact Information for Bank of Ireland where we can request statements to be sent out via an post. Please be aware statements by post can take 7-10 working days.

    Thanks,

    Declan
