    Hi all,

As the post title suggests, I'm looking for some help and advice in relation to buying a property that has pyrite remedial works completed and apparently is certified pyrite free under pyrite resolution board. The property is in Dunboyne , in Dunboyne Castle estate being sold for full price as remediation works have been completed. I'm wondering what sort of survey should I get carried out myself and what could be the risks down the line. I have seen similar posts boards but they are somewhat dated so I'm just looking for recent advice. Any help greatly appreciated.
