Hi guys Have a automatic gate 50m from the house that has a run of 5 pair poly poly going from intercom to patch panel and connected to a telephone exchange of sorts. It's broken and outdated. Can I use the 5 pair poly cable terminated in rj45 to connect to a poe video doorbell (with separate Poe injector)? iE will data…

Hi guys
Have a automatic gate 50m from the house that has a run of 5 pair poly poly going from intercom to patch panel and connected to a telephone exchange of sorts. It's broken and outdated.
Can I use the 5 pair poly cable terminated in rj45 to connect to a poe video doorbell (with separate Poe injector)? iE will data run through the 5pair similar to a cat 5e cable?
