Hi there, Just wondering any know the criteria for the above bought have a house it was burnt in a house fire half when purchased. Have not lived in it but tipped away doing the yard and bits and pieces i did connect electricity just to have power for the work. Would i qualify as i say its vacant and hasnt been lived in by…
