Signing on JSA

    Hey guys, do you always receive a letter when you are required to sign on in person?

    The sign on dates on my an post receipts don't seem to be accurate and I haven't received any letters to sign on, at first my an post receipts said a date in June to sign on, but then after emailing DSP I was told it wasn't in June and that my sign on is now in July, yet it's still a different date in July to what's on my post office receipt, and I haven't received any letter to confirm this.

    Do you always receive a letter? (I'm on JSA currently, however usually I'm on BTEA)

    I believe you get a notification via my welfare, usually once a month 🤔

    Ok thanks, I've never got a notification before on my welfare! I'm currently on JSA for the summer period as I'm unemployed right now and continuing on BTEA in September for my next year of college, I can only assume maybe it's different in my case, maybe being on BTEA has something to do with it.

    Each time I've asked the DSP I've gotten a different response about it, it's crazy, I suppose I'll just wait for any official communication from them regarding singing on.
