i lived near there on and off for about 10 years. It has a lot of pros - Dunnes, train into the city, schools, Ardgillan etc nearby, but also cons with anti social activity, noise, litter, crime etc also likely. It’s a good place for starting off but long term I wouldn’t recommend

There's little to no anti-social behaviour on the estate (I've lived on the wider estate for 12 years). The Avenue is fine but is a busy place as it's the main road in and out of the estate. Houses in the crescent or green would be more ideal if you can find one for sale.
