Tesco Mobile sim slow to roam when abroad.

Anyone else having issues with Tesco mobile being slow to connect to foreign networks. It does not seem to be any particular country but can take upto an hour before the phone will finally connect. This is after multiple restarts and putting the sim into other phones.
