UPVC Window handles falling out

    Hi,

    All the windows in my house have old upvc windows and now the handles with spindle attached have started to fall out.

    I'm not sure why this is happening to all the windows but I'd like to try and attach new handles if possible.

    Any idea where I can get replacement handles which are similar to this one:
