UPVC Window handles falling out

Hi, All the windows in my house have old upvc windows and now the handles with spindle attached have started to fall out. I'm not sure why this is happening to all the windows but I'd like to try and attach new handles if possible. Any idea where I can get replacement handles which are similar to this one:

Not sure where you are based but if in Dublin here is really good. Window & Door Accessories Limited, Richmond House, Newtown Ave, Malahide Road Industrial Park, Dublin 17, D17 NX20. https://www.wdacc.ie/
I have brought some window parts to them and they matched it for me.
They don't open Saturday's and close for lunch
