App to Limit Time on Phone?

Hi Guys

Not sure this is the right forum but wondering if there's an app out there to limit my time on the phone. I'm starting to spend way too much time on it and while I don't want to cut it out completely I'd love to be able to say spend no more than an hour a day on it - not including emails, messages etc. Any ideas? Thanks

Would you not use the timer/stopwatch function?

Loads of apps in the play store on Android that do this. Just search for Screen time and take your pick. On iPhone they have this feature built in to iOS.

If you have a relatively recent android phone ... There are digital wellbeing settings built into the OS. So, you can set time limits on apps, web sites .

Search for "wellbeing" in settings.
