Now TV sound issues?

    Apologies if this isn't the correct forum for this observation/query.

    I have a Samsung Q70T soundbar and a Samsung s95B TV and experience sound issues in particular with the NOW TV app.

    The sound doesn't stop but it's like the sound for a few seconds is from the TV speakers only as opposed to the soundbar, all bass disappears and the sound becomes quite tinny.

    I'm guessing this is a NOW TV app issue as I don't have the same issues using Prime, Netflix or YouTube. The same issue happens if I connect via e-arc or alternatively via Bluetooth.

    My wife has said she wouldn't have noticed only for I pointed it out but I cannot not hear it when it happens.

    It's quite annoying considering most of our TV consumption is with NOW TV.

    *Fwiw this is a recent enough thing with NOW TV, I've had the app without any sound issues for about the last 3/4 years.*

    Has anyone else noticed this?

    I'm using Now tv since 2019 with several devices and sound bars around the house and I've never had any issues.
