Wrestlemania London, will it happen ???

Demanad is very much dear and tickets would sell like hot cakes for all events. The atmosphere around the UK cities when big events are on is amazing. Ticket sales for MITB/CATC and live events across the UK have been very impressive post Pandemic., then look at the very impressive ticket sales for AEW in Wembley (which is maybe part of WWEs thinking parituvaly in that venue). WWE breaking AEWs record would be pure glourouis pettiness

London has hosted major sporting tournments/concerts/Olympics among other things so the infrastruture is there across the city

Sponsorship, TV coverage etc wont be a problem

A few issues that could arise

Would WWE want to sacrifice prime time In the US for such a huge event ?

logistical costs possibly a lot higher

    UK weather is so unreaible

Peak Football/Rugby season around Mania time

personally speaking id go over in a heartbeat but think maybe out of the Big 4 A Summerslam or Survivor Series might get the UK treatment before a Mania or Rumble. MITB was amazing and how cool would an annual UK MITB event be (Manchester, Liverpool, Cardiff, Glasgow could be future hosts etc)

Apparently it was in the most lucrative MITB event ever. Merch sales were supposedly right up there with the highest ever sales at any WWE event in history.

That'll certainly do its chances no harm.

I’d be more interested to see would all the other companies that run shows around WM week come over to London to run shows.

2026 is earliest free date apparently as they're already in end game negotiations about 2025.

I think there's no smoke without fire and Cena wouldn't be tossed out in front of the baying crowds to mention Mania in London if something wasn't in the pipeline. Triple H seeming to pour cold water on it then given it would be 2026 at earliest makes sense as it gives them almost 3 years to plan the logistics.

The Tennessee Titans new stadium is expected to open in 2027 and apparently there's already an agreement in place for Nashville to host Wrestlemania then, so that's another year we can cross off our calendars.

Then again, it's WWE so they could have done it all for a few cheap pops haha

It will happen. The question is when. Could be WM in 10 years for all we know.

But it also opens up more possibilities. Saudi mania would seem a likely candidate after.

I do not think it will happen

WM is WWE's Superbowl, it has to be in the US

They may run more PPVs from the UK but not WM imho but who knows I could be very wrong

I’m not sure it could happen at Wembley with the Khans connections to that stadium.

Would the Spurs stadium get the capacity they would want to say they broke records.

Cracking stadium, nice town, reasonably priced and easy to get to Chicago/Boston/NYC if you wanted to make a holiday of it.

Lack of pyro could be an issue.
