Online PO system.

    Hi all,

    I'm looking to implement an online purchase order system. We currently use excel files for this but it's gotten a bit difficult to manage.

    Does anyone have any recommendations for such a system.

    Ideally something thats not overly complicated, but at the same time with some level of customisation allowed.

    Work flow would look something like

    Employee requests PO.

    Dept Manager / Finance Sept authorises PO

    PO is automatically emailed to the supplier/ and original requester.

    Nothing too complicated. Have come across a few but would welcome all and any recommendations.
