Where is rental notification on ROS system

    New revenue rules, with regard to non resident landlords withholding tax, rules.

    I am now required to be an agent for my brother to send withold and remit 20% of rent to revenue.

    I cannot find the portal on ROS to send a rental notification.

    Is it up yet? Can someone tell me how to find it, if it is on ROS

    Thanks in advance.

    I cannot see tenants be able to comply with this, unless they pay an agent to do it.
