Strange problem

    I have Tapo wifi camera. It used to work perfectly with my Huawei Mediapad 3 Tablet but now something strange is happening. It connects ok but only shows a moving image for one second & the stream stops & I am left with a still image. The camera still works fine on my phone. Any ideas as to what, on the tablet, could be causing this ?

    try updating the firmware, via the app

    ALso try restting the wifi as in reset the camera and re-add

    Try installing the app on another device - this might give you a cluse as to where the issue is

    I thought my op made it clear. I have it installed on another device & it works fine. So it must be something to do with the tablet
