Anyone using OpenDNS for content filtering?

I'm managing the Internet Access for a church. Its only used for livestreaming and occasional access using a 4G router with 48.ie

I had been successfully using OpenDNS to control access to content in the past, but due to renovation work, it has not been used for the last nine months. I have recently tried to reenable it. Primary and Secondary DNS is set correctly, OpenDNS updater is working fine with IP addresses matching the account, but none of the content filtering is actually working - For example I blocked gambling and Lottery.ie is still accessible

    Thoughts?
