Electrical outlets in bathrooms

Hi there. Can I install electrical outlets with RCDs etc. beside vanity in a bathroom if over 3m radius from edge of the shower (no bath in the bathroom)? Thanks in advance.

OR if the shower is in its own enclosed space/room within the bathroom itself - can the outlets beside the vanity be within 3m from the shower? Thanks.
