Can anybody recommend a company to empty a traditional precast septic tank in Tipperary (Thurles area to be specific)? Also, what kind of cost am I looking at. I'm seeing prices ranging between €250 and €450. That's quite a big range, what makes it so much more expensive in some instances? Thanks
