Family Ticket - is a Teen counted as a kid?

The cinema where I’m going tomorrow isn’t answering the phone so I thought it best to ask here. They have a family ticket is 2 adults and 2 kids OR 1 adult and 3 kids. Does “kids” mean it just Child or would it include teens?

It's usually 14 but can change on the cinema. Just Google the name of the cinema + child age and google will become your friend.
