Dont seem to be able to edit that post, by green charger, i mean home range (the charger is actually black!) - AL 1830 CV

I don't think it will work. I also have a couple of "green" Bosch 18V Power for All garden tools (a hedge trimmer and a leaf blower) and the batteries for those are definitely different to the one for my "blue" Bosch Pro cordless drill. The fitting is completely different, and therefore the charger as well.

Photo below for comparison. Professional on the right, standard green in the left.

OP this converter might be of some use if there is room. Check the video to see if its what you need.

I've seen those, but the thing that concerns me is the fact that on the Professional side of the adapter at least there seems to be only a + and - connection, the other two connectors for temperature measurement are absent. You certainly wouldn't want to try charging a pro battery in a green charger in that case. I'm also fairly certain, that on the pro models at least, the tool will also shut down if it senses the battery is starting to overheat which also wouldn't work.

I've seen similar shortcuts taken on cheap Chinese knock-off Li-Ion camera battery chargers, where the temperature monitoring connections are simply not present.

By the way Bosch currently have a promotion on where you can get a free 18V 3Ah battery if you bought a qualifying product costing more than £70 /€80 between 3rd April and 30th June.

Just go here and register https://www.boschpowertoolspromotions.co.uk/brands

I just got a reply saying they were missing information, which I'm fairly sure I did supply.

I just supplied a screenshot of one of my orders and they got back several weeks later to say it was insufficient, uploaded an invoice and heard nothing since, comment in that is still "invalid proof of purchase". Other one haven't heard a peep about. Seems like they are not in any hurry.

I sent a PDF of the invoice from Amazon, or at least I thought I did. Sent it again and will contact them if that's not good enough for whatever reason.
