How can I unlock my carrier locked PRIV?

I've recently bought a PRIV overseas and it's locked to Rogers Canada. I've tried doctorSIM and another website and neither could unlock it because they said that the unlock code wasn't registered on the database yada yada. Is there a more reputable website that could help me unlock the phone, or if I contacted Rogers…

I'd really like to use the phone as a phone and not just an ipod. Thanks!
